My amigos, you it is day 8 and the final part of our series, Retiring in Colombia like a Millionaire.
In this section, we are going to cover some of the negative aspects about expat life in Colombia. While I wish my country was perfect, we all know that nowhere is 100% perfect and every location has its pros and cons. And as always, it is our goal to give you the facts and information, so you can make a well informed decision about moving to my country.
Upon arriving in Colombia, as with many visitors, you may experience a wide range of reactions. Some people arrive, adapt quickly and soon feel completely at ease; while others find it is a poor match for them and have difficulty adapting; whereas most people fall somewhere in between. It is from experiences like these that we developed our "Eje Life Tour," as well as from my husband's over a decade of experience adapting to this country's culture and customs. With this tour, it is our goal to immerse you in Colombian life and show you both the positives and the negatives of living in this country. We also have designed this tour to teach you practical skills for living here, all the while under our expert guidance.
As a bonus for signing up for our “Eje Life Tour,” we also include our How-To-Guide: How to Retire in Colombia Like a Millionaire, a free $333 dollar value. By signing up for this guide you will access step-by-step instructions on moving to Colombia, as well as important information for living a successful expat life. This guide also contains our directory of vetted professionals such as attorneys, medical providers, drivers etc.
Make sure to catch Craig’s video about the top five harsh realities expats face in Colombia. We hope to see you soon during our Eje Life Tour, so we can show you all about retiring in Colombia like a millionaire!
